Brian Squires – Pastor

Brian & Lynn Squires

My name is Brian Squires and I am the pastor here at East Brainerd Baptist. Prior to being called by the church as their full time pastor I served as the interim pastor almost ten months. I have been the full time pastor since January of 2009. My situation here at East Brainerd is a bit unique in that I am actually serving as a bi-vocational pastor. That means that I also have a job in the secular community. In my other job I am a manager in the I/S department at McKee Foods Corporation. I have been married to my wife Lynn for over 23 years. We have three children, Jonathan, Kevin, and Hannah. I am excited that the church, under God’s leadership, has called Lynn and I to serve alongside them in growing in Christ and reaching others with the gospel. I hope that you will join us for worship and find out for yourself what great things God is doing at East Brainerd Baptist.

Anthony Easter – Music Minister

Anthony Easter

Anthony comes to us from Silverdale Baptist Church where he has played the guitar in their worship orchestra for the past five years. He is also an officer with the Chattanooga Police Department.

Chris McNelly – Youth Director

Chris McNelly

Chris is a graduate of LFO High School and in addition to being Youth Director, currently works at Ankar’s subs in Hixon. Chris brings an enthusiasm and love for Christ to everything he does. Chris has worked with the “Young Life” organization on several High School campuses and continues to build relationships with youth at local High Schools and Middle Schools.
