If you have come to our web site because you’ve seen our signs around town, we want to say, “Thanks so much for checking us out!”  We, at East Brainerd Baptist, believe that we do indeed have the POWER.  You will see that the scripture reference on our sign is Romans 1:16, which reads:

“I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.”

That’s why we are able to say that we have the power, not because of anything the people of East Brainerd Baptist have done, but because of what God does in our lives through the power of His Gospel (Good News).

The Good News is that Jesus loves you and wants to walk with you through all of life’s ups and downs.  The power of the gospel is the power to heal your spirit and give you the ability to achieve the full and victorious life that the creator intends for you to have.  So, why don’t you come see us one Sunday and find out for yourself about the POWER God has to change your life!

If you’ve never visited our church we hope that this web site will prepare you for a first visit. We at East Brainerd Baptist are a warm and welcoming congregation and we would love for you to spend some time getting to know us.
